Pure Executive are proud and delighted to be partnering with Somerleyton Estate to secure a new Finance Director to join their team.

The Somerleyton Estate has grown significantly in recent years, led largely by the ambitions and vision of Hugh and Lara Crossley, supported by key Board and Trustee members. Significant investment has helped to evolve all parts of the estate including the pioneering re-wilding projects, land development opportunities, a luxury holiday, sales and private membership business.

• Continued investment and expansion of Fritton Lake including 40 further off-plan cabin sales and glamping opportunities
• Planning permission and land sale across two separate sites on the estate
• Development of the marina, currently 100 moorings, with vision to reach 200
• Growth in regenerative agriculture at Somerleyton Farms

The medium-term vision is to achieve the growth plans, with all parts of the group generating sustainable profits for reinvestment and clearing the debt position. In addition, building a legacy around sustainability and positive environmental impact. 

It is therefore essential the incoming Finance Director has both the financial skills, but also business acumen to help deliver these strategic objectives focusing on sustainable and profitable growth.
