A haven for wildlife and an ideal escape...

The Somerleyton Estate, family home to Lord and Lady Somerleyton, sits in over 3000 acres of beautiful Norfolk Countryside. Somerleyton Hall, Somerleyton Farms, Somerleyton Property and the Private Holiday Club at Fritton Lake sit alongside its revolutionary 1,000 acre nature restoration project. Environmental values shape all areas of the Estate which has led the way with rewinding, regenerative farming, sustainable hospitality and is the birth place of the high-profile charity Wild East. Somerleyton Hall

At the heart of the estate is Somerleyton Hall, one of the finest Victorian Stately homes in the country. This Jacobean Manor house was shaped by John Thomas, sculptor and architect to Prince Albert. Set over 12 acres, the gardens are considered some of the finest in East Anglia since the mid 17th century.

Somerleyton Farms

Over 3,650 acres devoted to agriculture and livestock, including a 1,000 acre restoration project where flora and fauna have been carefully introduced and then left to wild to encourage a healthy landscape with rich biodiversity. It is a great responsibility to farm any animal for its meat and a responsibility that they take to heart.

Fritton Lake

Somerleyton’s Private Holiday Club offering luxury holidays, cabin sales and local membership based around the brand pillars of nature restoration, sport and recreation and hospitality.

Somerleyton Property

Over 100 properties are rented privately through the Somerleyton Estate with a number of new builds in planning.
